My guess would be Frankfort and the Harring Hole about 3 miles south of the peirs.

Your right huntingfool, its the port of Frankfort and my favorite spot the Herring Hole. I took this picture on my family vacation in 2004. I just love the senic areas of Frankfort.

There is a nice high spot on the Elberta side. You can see everywheres out there from that spot.
