www.bigweeniebrand.com sells flashers like that. I think it's an 11" oki. Different color flashers and tape to choose from. Mix and match. Say anything you want to on it.

Yes that is a 11" oki from bigweeniebrand plus Gary had some tape cut for me for the big fish catchers but I haven't done them yet.
