ironman Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 Went out this morning with my 3 boys and a buddy. Launched the boat at about 7:00 a.m. and headed se to 130 were we started to set up. The first rigger was set down 103 with an 11 in. prochip and holo hypnotist trophy flie. This rigger fired by the time we had the second rigger out and landed a 9# king. This rigger went of 4 more times while setting lines and took 3 more kings about the same size and a laker. We were finally able to get the other rods out and it was time for the wire dipseys to start taking off. They were set at 220 out with 8in. prochips and trophy flies in mirage and bluegreen hypnotist. This setup took the largest fish of the day, a 13.3# king. This was one of the better spring days I can remember because not only did we hammer the coho but the kings were firing as well. We wound up 25 for 28 with 1 steely, 2 lake trout, 9 kings and 13 coho. To many details to keep going but a day we will not soon forget.Matt
