DIRTY DOG Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 well i made it up to muskegon lk. yesterday with fishin machine for a day of perch jerkin we started fishin dear the sand docks in 38 fow around 8 am and end the day around 3 with our limet of 70 lake mi. perch {not yellow bellies} most where 8 to 9 inch with a few around 10 {LOTS OF SORTING}i think we cought a few over 200 the best baits where minnows on a gold number 6 hook or 3 mousies on a number 10 hali jig ,but we also got them on demon glows ,rat finckys and most any thing else that would hold bait such as wiggles , minnows or mousiesthanks for coming along bob terry:grin:

HitMan Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 The limit is still 50 perch because they are being caught on Muskegon Lake. The 35 fish limit is only valid on Lake Michigan waters, so beyond the invisible shoreline is considered Lake Michigan. Thought this might help for future reference! Good Job!!!

Priority1 Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Good Job Terry. Nothing like fresh perch or bluegills. They are so good on the plate it seems my stomach capacity increases about 50% every time we have them.
