light source for Glow spoons

I would like to know what most are using to provide a light source for their glow bait. I have heard a camera flash works well and others swear by a black type light. I am looking to purchase something here shortly and would like to get it right the first time for a change

I start by laying out my lures on the engine cover. If the sun is out they get charged that way, but if not I have two fixed 55 watt halogen lights shining down on the fishing area. Just before sending them down I flash them with a LED mini mag light.

I have a flasher. It takes 2 AA batteries and it is specifically made to flash like a camera. I think I paid about 15 bucks for it a few years ago. Batteries last a long time, and I believe that it works well on charging up the glow lures.

i use a 1million candle power spot lite ,got it at the doller store and it works great for coming in after dark also

I have an old camara flash that seems to work. The price was right.

I use a flashlight called "Illuminator." It's a wind up LED & just as bright as a camera flash. (At least I can't look at it) About $17. No batteries, no bulbs to buy. Easy to find, just do an internet search.

I was thinking of hooking up the flash. I also remember reading somewhere that they were using a black light of some sort. Just need to find one to give a try.

I've been using this one for a while now. I added a second light fixture shortly after building it and it makes my spoons and spinners glow real nice.

ive got about the same box with the black light. the spot light works also but i think the charge last longer with the black light
