Dv8oR Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 If you haven't already gotten your licenses, and the state shuts down, hope their computers don't!!!From Michigan.govRECREATION 53. Archery deer season opens October 1 and waterfowl season opens October 6. Will they be postponed? Can I still get a hunting license? Archery deer season will open as scheduled on October 1. Hunting and fishing license sales online and at retailers will function as long as the state's computer servers remain functional.http://michigan.gov/som/0,1607,7-192--176865--,00.htmlFor more questions and answers!!!Have a nice day!
Priority1 Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Just because they shut off their services doesn't mean the world stops. I don't see how they could require a license, if they were not available to provide it. Of course every bait shop in the state sells licenses, but they may require that the State's Site be up and running. If you do get busted, just call Lee Free.
