Well the Floating Turd made it back on the water finally, but not without trouble, got to the launch to find I had a dead battery, minor setback, while doing all the trouble shooting this past week I forgot to turn off a switch. We went 1 for 1, finally getting a 10lber in the channel on a green ladderback j-plug, there were a lot of guys at the mouth of the channel jigging with decent success.

I was still trolling and some guy coming from behind me on an angle cut me off 3 feet in front of me, he had 4 rods out all trolling dipseys, guess what both on my side of the boat got tangled in my downrigger cable, Luckily nothing lost for anyone. If this guy wouldn't of been so friendly I probably would have 2 more dipseys than what I got now.

The fish being caught in the channel and lake are already turning dark, the fish I caught today had 2 eel markings almost side by side in the belly. I let my rider have em

Oh well it was great to be back out even though combat fishing was at its finest.

I'll be back out tomorrow morning and I am not leaving the channel/mouth area as there are plenty of battles to be had in there.

Thanks for the report Marv. I am putting on my battle gear tomorrow. Phasers(air horns) are set to stun.

I hope to leave my dock by 6am. I will probably fish on the outside of the pack so I can run a full spread.
