50th Annual Mackinac Bridge Walk

The walk begins at 7:00 a.m. on Sept. 3, in St. Ignace, at the north end of the Mackinac Bridge in the upper peninsula, and ends in Mackinaw City at the south end in the lower peninsula. The Mackinac Bridge is currently the third longest suspension bridge in the world, 5 miles in total length.

I will wave as I'm DRIVING accross the bridge.

My wife and I will walk the bridge also. We will park on the St. Ignace side and will be ready to go after the initial rush @ 7 PM. We walked the bridge about 15 years ago.

I also want to visit Mackinac City, Castle Rock, and the Mystory Spot. I am not sure if we are going to have enough time to do everything.

I am not sure what side we are going to park on. I am thinking we will start around 8am.
