Fishing Report Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 Fishing has been slow. A few browns were taken off the south pier on spawn, but no steelhead were caught. Boat anglers have not had much luck, only catching a few brown trout. Try to find water temperatures above 45 degrees. All the docks at the Loomis Launch site have been put in, and the dredging is done.
SalmonSeeker Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 Use a little caution at the Loomis Street Ramp. The water depth is fine at the docks, but 30 yards West there is a sand bar left over from the dredging that is only 2-3 foot deep. Grounded my 21 footer there Sunday. Went 1 for 4 on Browns. Lotsa Luck Guys.SalmonSeeker
