What is the prime temp for eyes?? Going trolling for them for the first time, where in the water column should I be looking for (temp wise). Thanks

I'm going to guess that one ideal temp on one lake or body of water is going to be different on another. Ideal surface trolling temps on Saginaw Bay, especially if your using cranks (I feel) is 73 degrees. I've personally had the best results with this surface temp.

Smacked 3 eyes 1 after the other in 78 degree surface temp up on the Hardy yesterday afternoon (2pm mind you).
