Sea-Mac Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Fished with rdfishin in 130-143 fow.8-11 6 kings 1 steelhead and 1 laker. 5 color w/ green dolphin,7 color w/ Pro king Michael Jackson, 10 color silver streak chilly willy, Dipseys set 2 150 out w/ SD blue bubble w/alewife bugeye fly, Riggers down 50-60 w/pro chip flasher matching white fly, pro chip chrome flasher w/purple sparkler all took fish. Heard of some guys getting them in closer from 50-75. Tried for perch for a little bit around the bubbler but spent more time trying to find them, Roger had a double on of gobys and was toooo tired to reel them in so he let me do it. shudacudawuda Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 we set lines at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth, 50 f.o.w. trolled west and picked up our first brown at 60 f.o.w. ( rigger 25 down ). fished till dark, enjoyed the fireworks up and down the shoreline. did not go deeper that 100 f.o.w. total for the night - 3 browns ( 6-8 lbs. ) one king ( close to 15 lbs. ). great night on the water. shudacudawuda Posted July 6, 2007 Share Posted July 6, 2007 browns were caught between 40 - 60 f.o.w. on a rigger 25' down, bloody nose, dipsy set on 2.5 , 60' back, orange & silver lure with black and white ladderback and at dark on rigger 18' down, moonshine flounder pounder.
