rossrjjm
First day in first boat on the big lake off of Stoney Lake (20 Mi. South of Pentwater). Boated two 10-12 pound kings before boy started turning green @ 10 am. 82 & 130 ft. of water. Monkey Puke caught both (seems appropriate). Running between 2 and 2.5 mph -guessing. Any advice? Tad Pole
well that ya caught fish means you are doing something right, but if it was me i would try speeding up just a touch, say 2.5 to 3.0 depending on currents.watch your rigger cables and dipseys they will help you with the current thing, just find a speed that works for ya and take note on how the cables and dipseys look and try to match that all the time regardless of what the GPS says. good luck
