R-turn Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Salmon have slowed so I switched to perch today. Fished from 10am to 4pm. Fished north of the piers in 30 to 40 feet of water. Did not mark any large schools of perch to start so I drifted from Rocky Gap park to south of Jean Clock park. The current was nnorth to south about 1 MPH. Took fish off and on but nothing large. Ended up anchoring just south of Jean Clock park in 40 feet of water. Continued to take perch until we ran out of bait. There was a nice cool breeze and we ended up with 30 fish 9 to 11 inches.
