Software Upgrade

I am planning on upgrading the forum software to the latest and most secure version, some time this weekend. I am not sure if it will be Saturday or Sunday. I will try and give a days notice before I do the upgrade.

This should only take around 30 minutes. The site will be closed while I am doing the upgrade.

I upgraded the forum software to the latest and most secure version. I believe everything is working correctly.
