Mrs. Sixshooter Posted April 7, 2006 Posted April 7, 2006 Per fillet (about 4-6 oz)1 Tbs. Mayo (or sour cream)1 tsp. Chipotle seasoning1 tsp. Franks (or tobasco)1 tsp. italian seasoningsplash of lime juicePut some on the top of your fillet to grill (or bake) then add to taste after fish is cooked.
