we burnt them up pretty hard for a couple of newbies...my log says somewhere around 175 for the season up to 13 pounds. We also caught a couple of Lake erie Kings.

Where ya from in Ontario?

funny you should say that...I am wanting to drag my boat over there for the easter holiday to catch a few salmonoids...got any advice?

where to launch or stay?

is the timing 4/15/06 too early?

I dont do the boat thing anymore, I get more enjoyment from fishing my holes from fishing my river holes from shore, but I will try and come up with some accurate info for you..

Every year I drool at the pics you guys put up of Erie steelies...if you had to pick a three week window to try and plan a trip for when would it be?

July either first three or last three.

I was hoping you were going to say August, but sometime in July may work...I have a hard time leaving St. Joe in July to catch steelhead somewhere else:D

August is just as good...July is our first crack at them. I started catching them 3rd week of June and went through September.
