Made the trek to Ludington today.  Lots of reports of full coolers.  But maybe for better fishermen than me.  Ran north and out into 400 fow.  Trolling NNE for now.  "Coho" spread out with spoons and flashers and 1 plug. Will see what happens!

Fishing the point now with another 100 boats. Seems pretty slow.

2 quick hits on plugs.  Both kings.  Lost one right behind the boat.

6/7 overall today so far.  Still at the point fishing 150 fow.

Edit.  Lost another king on a plug.  Nothing over maybe 12 lbs today.

They were about 15 inch fish.  The two I brought home were mature fish.  Eggs in one and milt sacs in the other.

In Alaska they feed them to their dogs, first one I caught @ Whitehall I ate it , not so good, ever since then I’ve fed them to my dog and he loves them little buggers!
