2MD Posted August 13 Posted August 13 1for4 between 105fow-118fow direction = insignificant white paddle green fly = very good water warm top to bottom so best bet was to run riggers down 115 and low divers out 190 and high divers at 300 heartbreak because we fought and had 3 huge kings come off behind the boat each after 20min hook pulled big white paddle in rigger white spin dictor on deep diver glow green splatter jplug on copp300 after dark 6

zgrinder on Fin Warrior Posted August 13 Posted August 13 Many thanks for the report. In talking to a dock mate yesterday, that is exactly where I was expecting them to be. Down on the bottom outside of 100' getting as close as they can with the little cold water that was available. Got a trip planed for Wednesday evening. BTY, how could anyone sleep through all that action? Pug was certainly on point.
CAC Posted August 13 Posted August 13 I hate losing hooked fish. Bummer. Good report. I’ll go out of Whitehall tonight. Hot water all the way down. My guess is go out deeper to get some silver fish with an occasional big one. tight lines 1
Lef T Posted August 13 Posted August 13 Too bad on the big kings. It's always a toss up with the big ones. Planning on going out of PS tomorrow morning. Thanks for the report.
2MD Posted August 13 Author Posted August 13 my oldest son got these off the sliders this AM - he didn't have PUG but I do believe everything was 80-130ft down 2
