Put in at 6 am and trolled from 110 to 160 ft and back to 130 ft for three hours without a hit.

9 am 6-8 lb Coho(scale battery was dead), downrigger down 60 ft, in 130 fow, north troll, flasher fly, 2.75 mph.

9:15 am, 6-8 lb coho, 225 copper, 125 fow, meat rig, north troll same speed

9:45 am, 110 fow, 225 copper again with meat rig, peeled off what seemed like 200 yards of line, fought it for I’m guessing 25-30 minutes but wasn’t gaining any ground. Finally worked my way back to helm to slow down more and it broke off. Rats.

What flasher and meat rig please? I am going out this evening. I will make sure to post my findings as well.

Sounds like 60-70 feet down was the bite this morning.

Thank you
