Spent 2 days fishing the power plant discharge.  The bite wasn't red hot but pretty consistent both days, mostly browns in the 3-6lb class with a few larger ones, along with a few nice rainbows, and several carp were caught as well.  The guys fishing closest to the outflow were getting the most consistent action but fish were being caught all around Coal Park as well as the rocks and marina on the north side.  No one bait seemed better than the others, minnows, wax worms, night crawlers and spawn sacks all took fish.  Assorted Rapala type stick baits, small rattle baits and small spoons also took fish.  Hope to get back out after the storm if I can tolerate the cold, otherwise I will be in my office building spoons and spinners as well as tying up a mess of jigs and flies.
