Comes with two Cannon rod holders, Cannon weight retriever, auto stop, wire harness, and the swivel base. I bought four and basically only use three. I can't say it's brand new because I did use it a few times out, but I doubt it has more than 10 hours use total. It is just too difficult for me to set the line on this one because the kicker is in the way. Most of the time it hasn't even been on boat. Prefer local pickup near Frankfort, MI. $500
