Holland 10-22 midday

Fished solo 10am-1pm. 1 for 9, alot of  hits but none holding on. 130-160 fow. 4-5 ft swells but do able with low winds. Thermocline was at 125-130 fow. I thought my releases were being tripped by the rolling waves but it wasn't the case. The hits were right at the 60.1 ° ball temp. Lots of bait and big fish marks swimming in and out of the thermocline. Caught a small but tasty king at 125 down in a 150fow. barely over 2# at 11:25am on a downrigger with a blue glow uv flounder pounder. Fyi ..The cleaning station is closed also.
