Fishing Report Posted April 20, 2007 Posted April 20, 2007 Fishing is really slow in the inner bay this week. At Hoyle's marina, a lot of little perch are being taken but almost no keepers. Most anglers are using minnows, but a few are using tiny tube jigs under slip-bobbers. Trolling anglers are getting some walleye in 10 feet of water off the mouth of the Saginaw River out by Spoils Island. Use the brightest colored rapalas you have, as the water is reported to be the color of hot chocolate.
