Mega Byte Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 Fished from pine island south to the point. Worked 80 fow out to 200. Got a bit of a late start, but fished 8 am to 1:30. Didn't have a hit all morning. Fished baits 20 ft down to 120 ft down for kings and steal. Spent a few hours with a rigger and wire diver bouncing bottom for trout too. Speed was 2.3 to 2.7. The few marks we saw were in the 130s down 50 - 90 and in 180 down 20 and 50. Only marked 4 or 5 fish all morning. Tried flasher flies, meat and spoons. Nice 10# steel on 250 copper moonshine green jeans spoon in 143 fowGood luck next time.Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman
Mega Byte Posted July 3, 2020 Author Posted July 3, 2020 I talked to a guy that did well on trout. But everything hit before 8:30. Sent from my LM-K500 using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App
Acts 11:7 Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 We fished from the Dunes to Stoney Lake. Had a 5lb King hit a 10 color with a frosted veggies while setting lines. Then a 10lb laker on low wire out 135 meat rig. Not another bite until 8:30ish. Switched both riggers to spin and glow sets and got 8 more lakers. Most productive water was 135. Ran a 12 rod spread. 1
