No Use of Motorboats In Michigan

Use of a motorboat, jet ski or similar watercraft is not permitted.  But it is OK to use a sailboat.

I typically have to procure secondary services such as parts and gasoline for my truck too but here I am able to drive it. No logical sense.

Yeah, she lost me when things when from being suggested behaviors to something you can be fined for doing.  I'm not a constitutional layer, but since marshal law hasn't been declared, I'm struggling to understand how this is legal.
