GLIN Posted March 5, 2020 Share Posted March 5, 2020 The Lake Erie Bill of Rights, passed in a referendum in February 2019, was a step in establishing a legal framework for environmental protections, however in a lawsuit brought against the city of Toledo by a northwestern Ohio farmer, the bill was ruled invalid.
