GLIN Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 The city of Flint is owed more than $4.8 million for pipeline work done last year but it hasn’t turned in the paperwork to get it. The money, paid to contractors for replacing pipelines, is reimbursable by the state.
