Four of us will be in the Rowley's Bay area of Door County in mid-June. We would like to go charter fishing. Any suggestions where we should go at that time of year. I've been told it's too early in the year to fish out of Gills Rock.

Sturgeon Bay should be seeing plenty of fish by that time of year.  Baileys Harbor would be another option, but might be a little more hit or miss depending on temperatures.  Sturgeon Bay has plenty of charters to choose from, that’s probably where I would look if your willing to drive down the peninsula a ways.

Thanks for the tip! Sturgeon Bay is a little too far south. I'm thinking Bailey's Harbor would be a better choice than Gills Rock.
