GLIN Posted August 29, 2018 Share Posted August 29, 2018 Killarney Provincial Park is gearing up for a September celebration to mark the designation of the park as a Dark Sky Preserve. This designation is awarded by the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada, and recognizes areas that take control of local lighting to limit light pollution that reduces visibility of the night sky.
