Duluth Port asked to pay for cruise controls

As the Great Lakes cruising industry grows, Great Lakes ports must add infrastructure to accommodate new ships and tourists. Economic development groups in the City of Duluth, Minnesota, are asked to commit $85,000 by September to purchase equipment to process incoming international cruise ship passengers.
