GLIN Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 A massive 1960 flood in Odanah, Wisconsin, home to thousands of members of the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Tribe, was the beginning of a monumental shift in life on the reservation.
