GLIN Posted August 7, 2018 Share Posted August 7, 2018 In Ohio, a grassroots community group said it has secured more than enough signatures to get a proposal called the Lake Erie Bill of Rights on the 2018 fall election ballot. The initiative would declare in the Toledo City Charter that the Lake Erie watershed has legal rights to “exist and flourish.” Read the full story by the Toledo Blade.
