GLIN Posted July 26, 2018 Share Posted July 26, 2018 After designation as an “area of concern” over 30 years ago, restoration of a section of the Menominee River is almost complete and will make it more suitable for fishing and swimming. The river forms the boundary between the southern tip of the Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and the northeast corner of Wisconsin before emptying into Lake Michigan.
