littleboat Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Fished 70-200ft, 1-3 ft rollers, surface temp 60. 2 for 3. First bite broke my hook on my RV MS Blue Jeans and took off. Second bite was a 9 ft piece of orange snow fence that wrapped around my prop. I had to hang on in a very challenging position to cut it away. I lost about 30 minutes while I worked on it. The final hit made it all worth while. A 22# king, taken with a Mag RV Flounder Pounder, on a 270 copper, 2.3 sog, east troll in 195 fow at 11:41 am. Also ran into another owner of a boat like mine only a foot shorter up from St. Joe on a coast guard exercise. 4
biglake Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Good to see a post from you--nice fish---average snow fence!!!! 1 2
littleboat Posted June 2, 2018 Author Posted June 2, 2018 The fence weigh in at about a pound, but it put up the bigger fight! Easier to clean though. 1 2
FBD Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 Best snow fence I've seen in a while. We got not one but two balloons on our last trip, but balloons are not snow fence. 1

Very nice boats I always got a kick out of u being little boat I’m on 1775 tyee , Uber the 270 copper used to be a 300cu , we also seen a lot of debris in water from high wind and waves , half a picnic table , partially burnt fire logs and some unforeseen object which stole my weighted steel from behind board and a new moonshine lure 1 st time they were in water, glad I also didn’t lose offshore sst mag board .Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App 1
littleboat Posted June 5, 2018 Author Posted June 5, 2018 This is my actual "Littleboat" a 16 -1/2 ft Crestliner Sport Angler. I use both on the big lake, but the smaller, I use for walleye and perch on the little lakes and rivers.
Sea Eagle Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Great minds must think alike My old boat was a Trophy and my new boat is a Crestliner. Loved them both.

The reason I purchased my Crestliner is because my fishing buddy had a boat identical to yours. We fished the devil out of that boat for 15 years. It is a great multi species platform.
littleboat Posted June 6, 2018 Author Posted June 6, 2018 Nice looking boats, your Crestliner looks like it has some size to it. What's it's length?
