GLIN Posted March 27, 2018 Share Posted March 27, 2018 Some of the work of enforcing the Great Lakes Compact is at a regional level, but the rest of the enforcement is delegated to the states themselves to handle internally; state legislatures and regulators are charged with making sure standards of water use and environmental quality are met within their own borders.
