magnumhntr
Anyone notice a difference between clear and moss or light green mono for leaders? Setting up some flat lines for spring coho and walleye ~ any thoughts on which would be a better option
Net Breaker
It would depend on the water color that you are fishing. if you want to have more stealth then try fluorocarbon for leaders.
gmfishon
I have always prefered clear. In the lightest diameter im comfortable with. It probably depends some on light and water conditions. Barely daylight i could see them equal. Mid day in sunny skys in skinny water the clear could be broken up by light and waves. I would think the green would be saw a mile away. That said i dont believe any claims of what anything including lures and lure colors and yes line looks like to fish. Some of the dumb companies think that everything looks the same through a fish eyeball or a human eyeball or they found a talking fish.
TyeeII
In my experience with underwater downrigger video I have taken, the darker line is much more visible. I am not a fish, so this could mean nothing to your fishing success...

storm warning
Clear is a safe bet. I like the ande pink as well. In clean water green is going to show up to much.
