Aaron Nusbaum Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 Trolled from about 5:30 to 8:30 and ended up 3 for 4, all medium kings. We started at 140 fow straight out of port and trolled NW to 180 with not so much as a mark. We then trolled NE to 160 and the fun began. We marked a couple then suddenly a downrigger 85 down took a king, and about as soon as we boated him the other downrigger 95 down took a king that wrapped up in two of our long lines. After about the 20 minute ordeal of untangling everything we had to take some time to refind the spot but we eventually found the same spot and on cue had a couple marks, got a king on a downrigger 85 down, and lost another one on a downrigger 85 down. Here's what took the hits: 2 - pole dancer meat rig behind a magnum green and white pro troll paddle 2 - spongebob meat rig behind a mixed veggies spin doctor 3 on a north troll, 1 on a northeast troll Sent from my SM-G930V using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App 6
