Martin1950 Posted July 19, 2017 Posted July 19, 2017 South Haven 7/18/'17 After almost a month of being land-locked I pulled the cover off Eleanor and washed her keel heading N/W out of the Black River. Netted a nice little 15# she-King at 102fow w/ a DW Green Dolphin down 55ft. While lifting the King the braided super-slide diver screamed off but no one was home be the time I got to tilt the rod up. The only other solid hit was on a DOC free slider. Netted a plump little 5.8# Ho. The bugs and fleas were bad. But w/ the light wind, sunny skies and the flat water it made for a great boat ride. Martin 5
