Where to buy downrigger weights?

Does anyone know where I can buy 12 or 15 lb down rigger weights in the general Grand Rapids area? I'm down to 8 lb pancakes right now, I'm looking for a heavier that has minimal fin.

I would give the Outdoorsman Pro Shop in Jenison a call and see what they have in stock but they should have what you're looking for.

I have the 13 lb pancake weights that I bought from cabelas and they work great. but you can find about anything you want on ebay at great prices.

franks in Linwood has sharks 12 15 and 20 lb and they ship.

they have a nice set of 12# finned ball weights on ebay for 40.00 plus 13.45 for shipping and another set of 15# finned balls for 50.00 plus 20.00 for shipping. they have a 14# fish weight for 30.00 each with free shipping. and they have many more weights to choose from. check them out before you buy.

let us know what you get and how much you had o pay. you'll love the heavier weights. I went to the 13 lb pancake weights for fishing 50' to 60' deep on erie and don't get much blow back at all. good luck on the water this yr.

I ended up with the 15# finned balls off eBay for $70 delivered. Can't beat that price without getting something used.
