Fish Tank Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 We've heard this a million times - 'Don't trust NOAA wave reports' - 1 foot or less? More like 3 to 5 footers. It was rough. The Lund 21' took them like a champ but we bounced around pretty good. 2 for 2 - both steelhead - 120fow - 70 down on rigger, south troll, mag green dolphin. Right after that one of our passengers started hurling over the side so back to the launch to drop him off. Headed back out with an hour of light left but nothing to show for it. My buddy fished out of Port Sheldon and went 5 for 5, all kings in 2 hours of fishing on meat rigs and plugs. Same depths as us. ..............Fish Tank
Gnarf Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 Are you looking at open lake or nearshore? Nearshore is almost always wrong
CSmalligan Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 What did the buoy show for wave height last night?
