mrhookup Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 In Michigan they are one line, which is why many stack with free or fixed sliders over here allowing two more rods to be run elsewhere. I believe that in Wisconsin it counts as a second line, so stacking with a second rod as opposed to two lures on one rod doesn't hurt you for total rod count because it counts either way.
