News Posted July 31, 2015 Share Posted July 31, 2015 It's feast to famine for the Genesee River, which two weeks ago raged through downtown Rochester, N.Y. and today is barely a trickle.Lack of rain is one reason, and deliberate draining of the section between Court Street and the High Falls is another.More...
