EdB
Fished the PSA tourney this weekend. Saturday we started in 50 feet of water and took a long out troll looking. We got 2 kings and a steelhead and 6 small kings we let go, trolled back in to the piers and hit 2 lakers in 40 feet of water. Brought in 5 in the box. Our steelie was 2nd on the board. On Sunday, since only one brown was caught Saturday, we started on the beach targeting them. We got a small brown on mixed veggie on a slide diver out 25 ft. We lost another brown but it was slow so we slid out to pound on the lakers in 40 feet of water. Have to fish what the lake is giving since kings were not around in good numbers. Good bite there, got 12 and kept 9. We used tin can dodgers and spin in glows on riggers and divers bouncing bottom with both. We also got 3 on cowbells and a peanut on a 225 copper. Our brown was in 4th and a laker I caught was the biggest fish in the tourney when we weighed in. The laker was beat by a king for the grand prize but still won for the biggest laker. Our brown got knocked off the board and the steelie took 6th. We did not fish on Monday. Here is some pics, the big laker came on the moonshine spoon on the bottom on a rigger. http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n198/offshore10/Mobile%20Uploads/20150524_110256_zpskh50pmyr.jpg' alt='20150524_110256_zpskh50pmyr.jpg'> Our laker box Edited May 26, 2015 by EdB
