News Posted May 13, 2015 Share Posted May 13, 2015 A federal judge said Tuesday that the Corps must fully dredge the Cleveland Harbor and Cuyahoga River shipping channel, writing that the Corps' refusal to do so is unreasonable and inferring that it is trying to blackmail the state of Ohio into footing the bill.
