Catfishhoge Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 I fished out of St Joe this morning and did ok. We statred about 6:30 and fished untill 1:00. Made a couple passes around the pierheads with no takers so we ran south, set up just north of the chalets and soon took our first fish. Continuing south we hit a little warmer water around the cook plant and worked it with several more takers. Ended the day with 1 brown and 8 coho. Missed almost as many throughout the day and a couple were good size fish. It was fishable for the better part of the morning and when we decided to pack it in it was a little bumpy, took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get back to the piers.Stickbaits did most of the damage with a couple spoon feeders! Thanks to Justin and Glenn for going along, I did enjoy your company and you boy's learn quick!Rick

Butch Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Sounds great Rick, except for the 1.25 hour ride over the speed bumps on the way back to the piers.
