Trophy Specialist Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 I finished up my Lake Erie walleye charters for the year and we had a good run there with big fish on every charter and lots of them on most trips too. I'll be moving my boat to Au Gres tomorrow and will be hitting the water there on Thursday for some scouting. My first charter there is on Friday. From all reports, the fishing on Saginaw Bay has already been great this spring. Last year we limited out on every completed charter there all through the spring and well into the summer. With even more walleyes there now, the fishing should be even better this year. I still have lots of openings for spring and summer charters, but don't wait too long to book as we do usually fill up from May on. April is a great time to fish on the Bay as it is uncrowded and the fish run bigger on average than what we catch later in the spring and summer. Posted By Capt.
