Yes there is a ramp in

I went there Wed and the ramp and river are completely open but there was ice on the big lake in front of the piers so it didn't look like you could get through yet (as of Wed). Same at Holland plus the channel was full of ice.

FYI - as of Thursday night all ramps are in at DNR launch in Holland as well.

Fog was thick - could not see pier head from truck. Channel was full of ice.
