Broadcast Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 2015 Lake Huron Spring Fling Fishing Tournament The goal of the tournament committee is to continue to grow the annual Lake Huron Spring Fling to the largest scale salmon / trout fishing tournament on Lake Huron, with the highest payout. Sponsored in part by the Sanilac County Sportfishing & Hunting Association. Entry: $200 - Cash ONLY Early entry will be taken at: Anderson’s Pro Bait at: (810) 987-7722 Entry will also be taken at the Captains meeting at The Lexington Village Theater, Lexington, MI. April 17th @ 7pm. Entry will be closed at the conclusion of the Captain’s Meeting. First Place: $10, 000 Cash Based on 40 boats (That is more than a 150% CASH PAYOUT) 2nd Place - $2,500 3rd Place - $1,000 4th Place - $500 Captains must be present at both weigh-ins to be eligible for prizes. Participants Receive FREE Dockage at Lexington Marina Friday and Saturday nights. For more information please call, Anderson’s Pro Bait at: (810) 987-7722 ELIGIBILITY: Any fishing team is eligible to enter the tournament. Fishing teams must be registered and entry received by ending of Captain’s meeting; April 17th, 2015. TOURNAMENT BOUNDARIES: Lower Lake Huron. Fishing permitted by boat only. TACKLE AND EQUIPMENT: 9 Rods max in the water. 1 slider per rod is permitted. All fish must be caught by hook and line. STARTING POINT: Will be announced at the Captain’s Meeting. WEIGH-IN: All vessels must be within the mouth of the Lexington Marina by 2pm. Once the vessel enters the Marina, they must proceed directly to the cooler drop-off area at the gas dock. Dropped off cooler shall contain a maximum of 10 fish. 10 salmon/trout total per day of which only 1 Lake Trout is permitted. Standings are determined by total weight for the two days, April 18th & 19th. It is your responsibility to notify the weigh master that you would like any of your fish entered into the big fish prizes. Vidal Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 I checked the site and multiple locations but I couldn't find the details for the winners. Such as sizes and weights and whatnot. Do you happen to have any of that info?
