New to the site, thought I would say high. Looks like a wealth of info here on this site. Going to be taking the GW out on Lake Superior, west shore, this year chasing some salmon and lake trout. All new to me, but always open to a challenge.

Byron, A warm :welcome: to this site. Just holler if you need any help.:) You are right there is a lot of information here. The site is kept light and friendly. I'm looking forward to reading your first report.

BCLII, I'm pretty new on this site also. I launch out of Duluth. Welcome!

We will have to hook up some time up there. My brother lives 8 miles from the Mcquades landing. He's been after me to come up there fishing since a bought my Grady White two years ago. It's slipped at Mille Lacs, my summer home. Now that ML is a struggling lake, I thought it would be a good time to try Superior.

McQuade is a great late summer, fall fishing area. Spring you want to be on the sand, Park Point or better yet the South shore. South shore is Wisconsin water so you need a Sconnie license which is well worth it. Try to touch bases with me this spring and maybe we can double team em with our boats.
