KICK'R Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 After our success on Monday we couldn't pass up not going back out Tuesday......well we should have stayed home fished same time frame 6:30-10:30 with only 1-drum to show for it and we had figured that was going to be our last night trolling for a while with the big winds forecasted. Well after checking the wind forecast multiple times after work we decided to give it one last try Wednesday and it ended up paying off we ended up 3-4 with 1-brown and 2-kings biggest about 13lbs same times 6:30-10:30 with all glow spoons doing the damage long lines where hot to our surprise. The wall was our savior with the wind honking out of the WNW about 25mph it was glass calm along the wall all in all a great night. We were shocked to see the drastic change in surface water temps sun-73 mon-69 tues-67 wed-51.Looks like things are going to be shut down for a few days might take a trip to Racine or Milwaukee Sunday and try jigging and casting for some monster kings I hear the action is HOT!! Here is a pic of our biggest king last night enjoy!
